Mountain apartment "Da Irma"

New and beautiful apartment amongst the mountain in the middle from Turin and Bardonecchia. Easily reachable by car or by train, close to the ski resort, hiking in the forest and via ferrata. Light apartment with an external veranda where it is possible to eat outside. It has an independent entrance, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with a big wardrobe and 2 bathrooms with showers and washing machine. The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free wi-fi and TV. Electric fan and mini-fridge. Free parking in private garage for a medium size car or four motorbikes.

Old stone house near Sestriere

Stone and wood cottage built in 1860 renovated in 2016 with original materials and in the spirit of the place in a tiny, isolated intact village animated in summer by a family of young shepherds who bring the animals in the pastures and produce butter and delicious goat's cheese. Equipped outdoor area without fence. Living area with fully equipped open kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace , pellet stove and two-seater sofa bed. Upstairs two bedrooms and the bathroom.

Spacious loft situated in the ever green San Germano, located between Turin and the Olimpic Valleys. The loft is the top floor of the main house where the landlady lives. The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
