Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen ruhigen mittelalterlichen Dorf Armo, ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat einen unverstellten Ausblick über das ganze Tal. Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.
