La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

IL MARTIN PESCATORE, villa al mare

Villa singola con ampio giardino privato parcheggio per tre auto il mare è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Ideale per accogliere più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Al piano terra la spaziosa zona giorno si apre su una grande veranda prospiciente il giardino. Al primo piano nella zona notte si trovano cinque delle sei camere da letto, due bagni e una grande terrazza con sdraio e lettini prendisole.
