The home has a 15 Kw whole house diesel generator, and a solar inverter battery system with solar panels in case of power outages. There is a 3 minute walking distance private beach. The property is close to other three famous beaches 3-5 minutes away; Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja, Los Tubos, and Mar Chiquita.
