Kitchenette has all essentials - Keurig, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave, blender, tabletop air fryer/oven. NO cooktop or elevator. Updated in 2024 with all new furniture, mattress, and linens. Clean, well equipped, comfortable!

Enjoy your stay right in the center of the village! Walking distance to great restaurants, hair salons, Oswego river, and a short distance away to get on 481 towards Syracuse! This spacious apartment offers a dedicated workspace, reclining couch and lounger, a queen size bed with adjustable frame, fully equipped kitchen, large shower, and plenty of storage space! Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
