Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Mon logement est proche du centre historique de Sarlat. Vous apprécierez mon logement car La villa est nichée dans un domaine privé sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat, très spacieuse et confortable, climatisée et parfaitement équipée. Vue panoramique sur la campagne.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). La piscine est chauffée de mai à septembre.

Le Hameau des Champs propose, dans un espace de tranquillité, la location de Chalet en bois (construits en 2023 - F3 - 60 m²) dotés chacun d'une terrasse couverte de 10 m² (excellent pour prendre le petit déjeuner en famille ou admirer le coucher de soleil en amoureux) avec tout le confort (four, frigo, congélateur wifi, machine à laver, lave vaisselle etc...)

Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
