It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

We are a 2 minute drive to to Boyne Mountain ski and Golf Resort. There is a big yard and a swing set for children. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
