As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. Welcome to our farm on 10-acres of woods just 10 min drive off hwy 11! This is a 3 bedroom home nestled among trees & trails and less than 2 km to swimming and a boat launch at Eagle Lake. Sharing your outdoors and living free range close to the house lives 10 chickens and 21 goats. Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
