A newly renovated private bathroom offers just enough space for a walk in shower and pedestal sink. Since this is part of the original attic of the historic Victorian hotel, please note the presence of sloped ceilings.

Our place is close to the Belleayre Ski Mountain, Belleayre Beach, many hiking trails, fishing spots and other family-friendly activities. Room is comfortably appointed with luxury bedding and has a full kitchen and private bath. Rooms kitchen door leads to a sprawling backyard with a grill to every room, picnic tables and a community Fire Pit for gathering and roasting marshmallows. We are located in a quiet spot, yet conveniently right off route 28.

One of our most in-demand rooms, this bright and airy Secret Garden suite located off the parlor on the ground floor, is equipped with two Queen memory foam beds, making it ideal for families or friends vacationing as a group. It offers a small library, a writing desk, a faux mantle, an original oil painting discovered in the Victorian home, and a private bath with tub and shower.

Our retro room with two twin beds is perfect for two traveling friends or children to share. Bright, atomic colors decorate the space that houses 2 twin canopy beds, a sputnik chandelier, a cozy reading chair, two dressers for ample clothing storage, a small closet and a large private bath. The additional storage and bathroom space make it easy to share the room!

Our Standard Rooms offer comfortable accommodations with all the essentials for a perfect stay. Each room features a comfortable queen bed with premium linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and is stocked with premium bath products. Standard rooms are equipped with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker & an electric kettle.

Guests seeking utter tranquility often request this light peaceful corner room that offers an ambiance of serenity, double exposure windows, queen-sized bed, butterfly sling chair, and a petite private bath. Please note that this is our smallest guest room and offers a super cozy stay with access to the second floor back door.
