Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. L'appartamento é stato appena rimodernato, é arredato con gusto e gode di una splendida vista sul paese di Ortisei e sul Sassolungo. Negozi e ristoranti sono nelle immediate vicinanze.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The well-furnished apartment “Vista” is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a bidet) and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
