The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays. This will not affect your parking in the driveway and you do not have to move your car, but you will hear us raise the garage door. Thank you for your understanding.
