Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.

New apartment for 4 persons is located on the 2 nd floor of a residential building, with total area of 45 square meters. It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
