Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The Leisure Barn, Sleeps 32, a converted cow shed with five geodesic domes with ensuite showers & WC's. Three extra bedrooms on first floor. A large astro turf games area all under one roof with table tennis pool and badminton all available along with other lawn games, boules, jenga, frisbies etc. An array of scooters makes getting around the barn much more fun. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Moroccan style yurt with art deco fire and cooking facilities, set in its own wooded private area with outside fire pit. With use of glass house and seating area in private grounds including woodland and paddocks to view alpacas peacocks and many more animals. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.

Just a short drive and you will have access to Saunton beach and Croyde beach. We welcome your pets to enjoy a holiday too. We love this cottage and we know you will too. The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner.
