Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Do you love books enough to sleep with them? Step into the Library at Camp Arden, furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles. Curl up with your favorite book and take in the light of antique stained glass and the sounds of the Adirondacks gently wafting through the window. Take a paddle on Carpenter Pond with a provided canoe, or snuggle by the fire outside your door by your own fire-pit. No matter what you do, Camp Arden is waiting to help you enjoy the Adirondacks.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!
