There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.
