Welcome to our delightful Noosaville townhouse, nestled in the heart of the stunning Sunshine Coast. This beautifully appointed retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your vacation escape. NOTE - A new build is currently underway on the neighboring property and therefore there may be intermittent building activity during weekday daytime hours.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Your hosts Susan and Mark invite you to stay a while, enjoy the Noosa Lifestyle in complete comfort and security.

Private modern & central in Noosa

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & small families (with kids). The apartment is attached to my home so I am on hand for any assistance that I can give you. You have complete privacy with your own access to & from the apartment. The house is new with everything you need to make you feel at home. The apartment is located in a quiet area but still only 5min to shops, 10min to Noosa River & 15 minutes to the surf at Hastings St. PLEASE NOTE: YOU:DO NEED A CAR.

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided of bread, jams, croissants, juice, cereals, eggs, tea and coffee on arrival day.

Conveniently located within 2 mins to the bus stop where all of Noosas iconic local attractions await exploration.

Noosa River Gardens Waterfront Unit

This spacious north facing 2 bedroom apartment offers extensive views of Noosa River. Access via stairs .The perfect place for a 2 to 4 people to come and relax right on the water. The complex has its own jetty. Bring or hire a boat and tie it up right out the front. Centrally located within 2kms of the supermarket. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, yacht club, bowling club, marina and with a bus stop right out the front. No parties allowed.

Tewantin Pool House

This cozy guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful retreat. The absence of a TV keeps it quiet. It's perfectly compact (25msq); right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's a charming retreat for two to relax and unwind.

You can also, take a scenic river ferry ride from Tewantin Marina to Hastings Street.
