Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

“Tutto in una stanza” is a cozy rustic retreat, surrounded by the greenery of Romitello Hill and offering breathtaking views of Castellammare del Golfo. Thanks to its strategic location, the main tourist destinations in the provinces of Palermo and Trapani are easily reachable, between sea and culture. 🚗 Car rental is recommended.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you are not comfortable with dogs, this house is probably not the best choice. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.
