Cowsy barn is a beautiful open plan space with separate en suite , their is a tv , fire place microwave, fridge , kettle and toaster for you if needed. We are a couple of miles away from Rothervalley country park and gulivers kingdom. Also brilliant motorway links for the m1 A1 , near to Sherwood Forest , Matlock , bakewell and Meadowhall shopping centre as well as the Sheffield Areana
A private studio perfect for working or simply a holiday in the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, double bed (only a small 4 double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will be perfect. The Peak district with breathtaking awe and beauty is just a short car ride away. Facilities nearby: restaurants; supermarkets; Dronfield train station to take you to either Chesterfield, Sheffield or further afield.

The listing is for a studio/bedsit which is situated on our back garden. It has its own entrance with a double glazed door with lock. You would have your own parking space off the road and the studio is accessed up the drive and onto the garden. You will have free wifi and also full sky television in the studio. There is a shower room as well. We are situated in a quiet area not on an estate and our home is a detached bungalow on a row of detached bungalows.

A delightful, self-contained former coach house, in the garden of our Grade 2 listed Georgian family home. Located on the edge of the Peak District, and a three minute walk from the local train station. The Little House is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided, along with a welcome breakfast pack which includes, eggs, granola, fruit juice, bread or croissants, butter and jams. A small selection of condiments are also available. The front of the property has a decked area which leads into an entrance porch with a WC and wash basin. The open plan ground floor includes a comfortable lounge area, with a TV, DVD player and free wifi. The full kitchen includes a gas hob, a combination microwave oven and dishwasher. A small bistro table and two chairs are also provided for dining inside or out. The mezzanine bedroom features built in wardrobes and en-suite wet room. It has a double bed, with a new deep, firm and comfortable mattress. You are welcome to park your car in front of the Little House and use the courtyard area for seating. We have an EV charger for electric / hybrid cars which can be used at the additional cost of 20p per kWh/£1.40 per hour. We are generally available to meet, greet and help out during your stay. We have many great places to eat out in the town, or to buy takeaway food; including English, Chinese, Italian, Indian and great fish and chips! For amazing food, art, music and culture, check out Sheffield City Centre; home to the Lyceum Theatre, the Crucible Theatre, the City Hall, numerous art galleries, museums and a couple of independent cinemas! Dronfield is an historic market town with medieval barn, 14C Parish Church, and heritage walks. A sports centre with swimming pool and gym, range of shops, pubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. For vintage & antique lovers, the Antique Quarter in Sheffield; the Flea Market in Chesterfield, and Dale Road, Matlock are recommended. Cycling is very popular in this area and we are 4.5 miles to Owler Bar, the gateway to the fantastic Peak District locations of Baslow, Chatsworth, Hathersage, Castleton, Bakewell etc. There are regular buses to Sheffield and Chesterfield. Details can be found in the info file. Trains run throughout the day directly to Sheffield and Leeds to the North or Chesterfield and Nottingham to the South. Connections can also be made for the Peak District and other towns and cities such as York, Manchester and Derby.

Private flat NOT communal, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Families welcome. Sleeps a couple and 1 child easily. NO WiFi at the moment but this helps to keep my nightly price very low. Outside eating area very private. Peak District & Sheffield 20 mins drive. Free parking directly outside the flat. First floor flat but the entrance is ground floor and it is part of the flat. Private entrance, private staircase, private front door & front garden - it is not communal. It is like a small house.
The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.
