From the living room, a 360° view opens over all the medieval towers of the city, bell towers, domes and rooftops that form a skyline almost unchanged for five centuries. Inside the ancient walls, just a few steps from everything, a quiet retreat where Lucca reveals itself slowly and naturally, with light, stone, and timeless horizons.

La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
