Only 2 miles to town, 8 miles to the Cherokee Nat'l Forest; Bald River Falls, Cherohala Skyway, tubing, hiking, and more. Only 1 hour to the Knoxville or Chattanooga airports. Kayaks for use on premise. $350 fine for smoking/pets!

Originally built in 1885, this cozy little place is located just off the historic town square in downtown Tellico Plains and is within walking distance of the Tellico Grains Bakery, Charles Hall Museum and Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center. Our guest house is located just four miles from historic downtown, with its many unique shops and restaurants. Our property is strictly no smoking. No pets allowed.

Only 7 miles from Bald River Falls, this cabin (located in the Green Cove area) is 2 miles from the Tellico Trout Hatchery and the Benton MacKaye Hiking Trail. An off-the-grid vacation paradise!

Hot tub and beautiful stone electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV with Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, foldout queen sofa, bathroom, and lovely appointments on the porch. Slip under the covers of the huge King size bed and sleep in as long as you want. Even if you are not a fisherman, you will love this for a getaway. Pets are welcome.
