Welcome to my big and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stockholm's vibrant district, SoFo, filled with trendy shops and cozy cafes. The open and airy layout of the apartment invites you to unwind and relax after a day in the city, and you can whip up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, although you will never run out of options with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. 15 min to the Old Town by foot, 4 min walk to the subway station and superfast Wifi.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

1 bedroom apartment right at the centre of Södermalm. 200 m (655 feet) from metro station Mariatorget. Ground floor but without insight from the street. High speed wifi. King size bed (180 cm broad / 6' broad). Not much traffic outside since the road is a dead end. Spacious bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. No limitations to warm water since it's heated centrally. I rent out my apartment only when I travel. Thus it feels like a real home and not an airbnb skeleton.
