A cozy two-bedroom holiday home (40 m² indoors) with all amenities, a spacious terrace, a SPA-massage system, a wood-fired hot tub (additional charge of 70 EUR/night), and a garden area. This accommodation is perfect for guests who appreciate the comforts of home and a peaceful, quiet environment, while still wanting to stay close to the city center. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or heavy alcohol consumption. The home is located in a private residential area (village)

Esimesel korrusel on suur elutuba koos söögitoaga ning kaasaegne köök, kus saab süüa teha ja WC. Elutoas on palju päikesevalgust, ideaalne koht lõõgastumiseks, lisaks suur ekraan projektoriga filmide vaatamiseks. Üleval korrusel kaks hubast magamistuba. Maja ümbritseb privaatne aed ja maja vastas on Kivimäe rongi peatus, 15mint Vanalinna ja Balti Jaama.

We offer a peaceful stay in a sauna house located in the courtyard of our private house. Next to the guesthouse is a summer kitchen. The house is located near Via Baltica and is convenient to get there by car. Parking is free in the garden. The train station to the center of Tallinn is 700m away and the bus stop is 900m away. There are two grocery stores within a 700m walk. Our place is homely and cozy, we renovated the sauna house for personal use and we want you to feel good with us. Welcome!

Modernly decorated with an open floor layout, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is perfect for a short term visit. The excellent Wi-Fi is there for longer term remote-work staycations. Located in front if a supermarket, there are multiple restaurants, bakeries and night spots nearby.
