La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.
