The Annexe is self contained with garden views and in the centre of the village of Holmes Chapel within short walking distance of all shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a train station 5-10 minutes walk away with services to Manchester and Crewe, and the village is 2 minutes from J18 on the M6. The accommodation itself has excellent off-road parking, is homely and bright, and has a well appointed kitchenette. We supply fresh towels and basic supplies (milk, tea, coffee) to welcome you.

Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.
