Family and Group Accommodation

This well appointed cottage has three large air-conditioned queen/double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, Wi-Fi, smart television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Our little cottage has been comfortably setup to accommodate families travelling with children. A modest clean kitchen has been setup with tea & coffee & a fresh bottle of milk will be in the fridge ready for a cuppa as soon as you arrive to unwind after your travels. The bathroom is freshly renovated & you will fall in love the twin shower heads! The fenced backyard has space for kicking the footy.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Located on 5 acres this beautifully renovated separate studio has all the comforts of home. Modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, with unlimited wifi and pet friendly. A 1000 sq. mtr. gated and fenced off-leash area is available for your fur baby to enjoy the stay. A small charge applies to hosting your fur baby. Undercover parking. Great location to visit famous Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and wineries at Granite Belt region. Historic Steam train ride to Wallangarra, Clifton and Toowoomba Carnival Flowers leaves regularly on weekends so check the Southern Downs Railway website.

The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
