2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach. This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

Discover your private backyard pool oasis on the coast. Our home is 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and is .75 miles to the town park where you can take in the summer concerts and amazing sunsets. Sunset Beach has access to golfing, shopping, entertainment, and numerous restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking an unforgettable escape and creating memories that last a lifetime. *The pool is not heated and is open from mid May-Oct. From Nov-April fees are $100.00.
