Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

There are 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, complimentary Wireless Internet, and a private hot tub! The condo has a king bed, twin over queen bunk bed , and a double fold-out sofa bed. No smoking and no pets.

Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
