Come home to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the river view, hang out and fish from the river bank, lie out back in a couple hammocks, or fire up the grill. This home is a great vacation getaway for couples, families, & friends!

We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! Come stay in our cozy Cowboy Cottage located on the beautiful ranch grounds, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the ranch located adjacent to the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest! Bring your horse if you have one; otherwise, many other outdoor activities and attractions are available nearby, or just relax! We are conveniently located outside Brooksville, FL near I-75.

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.
