Outside you will find plenty of seating and dining areas, a large yard, a fire pit, a grill, beach along the waterfront, a private dock and a private boat ramp. Perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating! Kayaks are available.

Locally known as the "Turtle's Nest", you will be close to all the action. Located on Goat Island, 2nd row back, right off the big water. Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Ramp and beach picnic area included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in one of the kayaks or paddle boards straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.
