Just a short walk or drive from the pier and beach, 2 blocks from the best coffee shop in town, and a short walk to downtown with all the restaurants & shops you can imagine. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. If you are a couple looking for a beach get away, solo adventurer, business traveler or a family looking for a fun place to stay right in the heart of Ventura, you will love it here!

Located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Boutiques, antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches are all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
