Property is an annexe attached to our main home, a Victorian Gothic vicarage, which is set in 6 acres of land overlooking the Severn Estuary. The Annexe conists of a studio room with a double bed, a double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a 'kitchen' area with microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and small fridge but please note there is no oven or hob. A barbecue can be provided on request. Please note - this is a studio room and only suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child.

Our house overlooks the River Severn and is a stone's throw from the Severn Bridge. Built in the 17th century, originally as two cottages, the space has plenty of character and is completely private with access to the garden and outdoor seating areas with stunning views across the estuary. It has recently undergone total refurbishment and has underfloor heating throughout. The area regularly attracts bird spotters, fossil hunting enthusiasts and visitors to the old car ferry site.

Caldicot is a small town close to the M4 & M5 motorways so easy reach of many locations.

Bristol City is 30 minutes drive or 20 minutes train with Cabot Circus SS Great Britain and many more attractions
