Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
