The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

Beautiful 3k sq ft country home just ten minutes away from Lodi’s amazing wineries! Spacious backyard for BBQing after your wine tastings or just lounging in the hammock. Complete office with 2 desks, white board and TV. Work out space w/ free weights, bench & cycle machine. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ 55’ TV the 2nd bed has a queen bed. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space.
