You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You are also right next to the docks where you can fish (Trailer parking is available), launch your boat, go on a river tour or enjoy the waterfront and its park. The Falls or Fort Niagara are 15 mins away.
