Oversized lot with 3 parking spaces, and 10 ft carport, propane barbecue grill and picnic bench for cookouts. Carport dimensions are 10 feet high x 20 feet wide x 35 feet long. Other things to note - No pets allowed - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book

The newly remodeled Cypress Crab Cottage is a quaint little cottage with 1 bed and 1 bath, tile floors, ceiling fans, & vaulted ceiling. A full kitchen with gas stove is now installed. A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both baths. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

Welcome to the Threadfin House - Boat Parking!

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
