Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

Cozy Charming Private ADK Camp

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the Northwestern Adirondacks, close enough to the Universities in Potsdam and Canton yet far enough out to enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, hunting and kayaking in peace and quite of the foothills of the Adirondacks. Well water, electricity, Wifi, and septic give this home away from home the comforts of modern living but in a rustic charm. Enjoy a front and back screened in porch. Located on 22 acres, peace and quite awaits.

Trolls: Wild Center/paddle/loons/waterfront!

Waterfront property on Arbuckle Pond with views of water from all windows and access to the private pond and Higley Flow. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Lookout Cranberry Lake

Come and unwind in this beautiful little hamlet in the Adirondacks. Explore and hike the trails or just relax by the water during the day and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Bring your boat and launch it at the public launch right next door. There is a dock for fishing and docking your boat. Direct access to the vast snowmobile trail system. Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.

Raquette River Hideaway

Cozy, private lower level of a warm, inviting space filled with all the comforts of home with gorgeous views of the river. You can use the sauna, kayaks, private back porch and fire pit. Because it's the lower level and built into a hillside, the summer indoor temp is calming and cooling ~ coffee, tea, small refrigerator , microwave, blender, toaster oven, grill , plus everything necessary for preparing light meals and snacks.

"The Walleye Queen" Adirondack Lakefront Cottage

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.

Quiet In-law Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful 1-bedroom apartment close enough to visit kids at school but far enough to keep your sanity. Comfortable living area with a smaller kitchenette and a full bathroom. 1 Bedroom with a futon in the living area. Private entrance and space for 1-2 cars in the driveway. 15-20min walk to downtown/SLU campus. Queen size blow up mattress available upon request.

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

Tucked beside our small orchard on a 400-acre certified organic farm, The Cabin at Laing Family Farm is a peaceful and cozy retreat where days start with birdsong and end with sunsets over our animals grazing in their pasture across the road. Conveniently located halfway between Canton and Potsdam, The Cabin is close to all four local universities.
