Friends describe the decor as shabby, cosy, warm and welcoming. Bang in the centre of Theatreland, just beside Soho, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, it's a minute to the Piccadilly and Northern tube-lines. Evenings can be a bit noisy from street socialising and early morning when lorries deliver to restaurants.

Safe and quiet location while very central, minutes away from the underground and the overground station, and bus stop just outside the door. FREE WIFI, and complimentary toiletries. Basic breakfast supplies will be provided. There are a communal kitchen and dining area and garden that can be accessed. Covid safety measurements are in place.

You have the first two floors of our town house.

We’d love to welcome you to stay in our beautiful house in London’s vibrant East End, a 5 minute walk from the Underground, giving access to all of the main tourist sites. You have sole use of the lower two floors of our townhouse. A large bedroom and spacious en-suite bathroom are on one level and a gorgeous kitchen and dining area which has a wonderfully welcoming feeling takes up the whole of the lower level. The super-king sized bed can be made up as two singles if required.

Walking distance from the Barbican Centre, Almeida, and Sadler's Wells Theatre and 10 minutes' walk from the restaurants, shops and bars of vibrant Clerkenwell, Angel and Upper Street. 25 minutes walk from St Paul's Cathedral and from there a short hop to the Thames and Tate Modern, Globe Theatre and the Southbank cultural centre. Easy access to all of central London yet quiet, friendly neighbourhood. We are close to many parks and green spaces - perfect for walk and cycles.
