La casa si trova a 500 metri dal centro storico di Spilamberto, a breve distanza da negozio di alimentari biologici, farmacia, due bar, e una fermata degli autobus. La casa è indipendente con giardino e parcheggio privato, raggiungibile anche con la ciclabile Modena Vignola (c'è la possibilità di utilizzare due biciclette per spostamenti). The house is at 500mt from the town centre. At a short distance from restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It has a large garden and independent carpark.

L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.
