Close to the village which has grocery, bottle shop, ice cream, eateries, and more. Town & State beach & park for playground and tennis courts or weekly farmers market is just about 1.5 miles away. Little Spruce is a fully renovated cottage providing plenty of room for everyone. For the outdoor lover we are located perfectly for quick access to the wilderness for hiking or hunting. For the snow lover access to Village snowmobile trail is across the street and for the skier we are within 1 mile from OAK MOUNTAIN SKI AREA. Lake Pleasant and all the Village has to offer is a short stroll from the door. Open the door, drop your bags & enjoy the Adirondacks! Check in at 4pm check out 10am.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.
