The Guest suite is part of the main house with its own private entrance and private outdoor seating area.

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Private bathroom within the suite. 15 min drive to Airport 2 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Palm Bch CBD cafes restaurants supermarket. The convenience of a cafe next door for early morning coffee and eats. Our property boarders a busy road. Traffic noise can be heard at busy times considerably quieter at night.

Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.
