Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

This beautifully restored and spacious home is perfectly located in a quiet street with a private car park close to Hobart CBD and just 1 km from Salamanca Place. Only metres to a beachfront park. Mountain View Guest House

Our Guest home is nestled in the foothills of Mount Wellington and is only minutes to the CBD by bus . The free standing house is one bedroom with a queen bed and has a double sofa inner spring bed in the living room, a spare single mattress bed is also available for extra people. Although the house can accommodate 5 people, the house is quite small and is not really suitable for 5 adults if you need lots of space, Families with kids will manage OK just don't expect heaps of extra space.

3 bedroom sandstone home built in the 1830s. Wander up the garden steps to find thick sandstone walls, Georgian windows, pressed tin ceiling and polished wooden floors. Gas heating for cosy winters.
