Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home in another unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.
