Stunning 17th century Cotswolds townhouse annexe

Rounceval House is a marvellous 17th century stone-built town house in the shadow of the south Cotswolds escarpment on the famous Cotswold Way walk. It was an upmarket 11-bedroom boutique hotel until recently. New owners Richard and Leanne now run it as a family home and rent out the self-contained three-double bedroomed eastern annexe wing to guests. It's a lovely space. The bedrooms are exceptionally large. The double beds in them are also very large (either king-sized or super king-sized).

The old coach house @ Byre House

The old coach house is a cosy traditional cottage with modern features. The detached house has a king and double size beds, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. There is a central bathroom. Has a large open kitchen and dining room, with a spacious living room, a wood burner for cosy nights. It is in a private courtyard behind electric gates, parking in front of the house. It is in a quiet village but close to Bristol and Bath and surrounding villages.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

The Loft, St Catherine, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. Possible use of swimming pool when it's open for added extra cost. Please enquire for details on this.

The Cottage at Creephole is in a quiet location

The Cottage is set in the lovely village of Didmarton in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is a short distance to Westonbirt Arboretum and Tetbury. Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770.
