Dista 700 m dalla stazione ferroviaria, da cui si possono raggiungere Torino o Bra (porta di Langhe e Roero) in meno di mezz'ora. Carmagnola è anche famosa per la fiera nazionale del peperone.

Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
