It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private seasonal dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, canoe, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.

Our quiet hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY wilderness. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and plenty to do: hot tub, pool, pool table, ping-pong, piano, darts, board games & MORE. More than 6 people? Ask about adding on an A-Frame Tiny Cabin for additional guest lodging. We allow parties with permission ONLY.

It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.
