This seaside cottage has a "Loo with a view" over the Solway to Scotland! And if you like to sleep with a window open, you'll drift off to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. We're pet friendly too, as is the beach which is open to dogs all year and the Lakes are just a short drive away. Sea or fells? You choose!

Full of character, with bedrooms on the lower riverside level, it offers a peaceful and distinctive stay just steps from historic streets, cafés and the Dumfries & Galloway heritage trail.

Wheatsheaf flat

This a large flat ideal for a get together with family and friends. We are situated in the village of Abbeytown. The flat has 2 bedrooms one with a very comfortable kingsize bed and the other with twin beds (can be made into double on request) Also the living room has a sofa bed which I make up for guest arrival leaving enough seating available on the corner sofa.
