The 18 metre pool with 2 metre deep swim out is suitable for lap swimming and water games. Off street parking available. Guests have access to entire house. Walk to excellent restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, a health food store, bakery and surf shops. Nearby Lake Ainsworth is an ideal place for picnics and bush walking. Paddle board at the lake and in the ocean. Excellent surfing opportunities. Byron Bay is a 20-minute drive north. Ballina is a 10-minute drive south. Beach walks, swims in the ocean and whale watching between June and September are fabulous. Ballina/ Byron Airport is 15 minutes by car. Byron Bay is 20 minutes by car. 5 minute stroll to the village for restaurants and general facilities. 2 minute walk to beach and board walk. The ocean view from the covered deck is along 7 Mile Beach to Broken Head. Whale watching between May-September is breathtaking. Equipment for children's activities provided include bikes, body board, sand toys, snorkels and goggles. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas supplied.
