SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.

You will love the apartment for the spectacular breathtaking view from the balcony and from the house’s interior. Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
