Delightful, spacious (400 sq. ft.), private, daylight basement studio in North Seattle. Whether you are in Seattle for a long weekend or here for work, my space is the perfect Seattle getaway. After adventures in the city, relax in this tranquil garden and living space. The space includes a private entrance, a bathroom with 5 shower heads, a queen size bed and a very comfortable full-size futon if a second bed is needed. No kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, Keurig and dishes are available.

Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

It is most convenient if you have a car, but if you don't mind walking about 1/4 mile, there are buses/lightrail available. Street parking available. We welcome all types of people.

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. We hope you enjoy The Lounge!

Bright & Airy Hilltop Studio, Walk to Light Rail

Our place is a beautiful, artsy, bright studio with a separate entrance and an 8- to 9-minute walk to the light rail. It has high sloping ceilings, windows overlooking greenery, & a skylight. We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. The separate hallway & small, fully equipped kitchen area have ample counter space. Although attached to our house, it is self-contained. You may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
