The house is 2400 sqft and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island sound. During the summer months you will have access to a private dock that is a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Island. The house is located close to restaurants, bars and a walking trail. You will also have access to a private neighborhood beach for swimming. Pets welcome for a $300 fee
